“I just wanted to say a huge 'Thank You' to you and your team for organising such a great day for us on 24th May!  Everyone said it was the best team away days they had ever been to and I think that is really saying something for Serco!!

All of your guys were great to work with and some of the feedback which I received was along the lines of how helpful they were, especially with the clay pigeon shooting.  People said that previously they had been left to their own devices and were never given any instruction.  So this time they enjoyed it a lot more because the instruction actually meant they hit more of the targets - even me!!

As for the falconry  . . . I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it and keeping it a secret from everyone else was the best way!  When they walked around the corner to find the birds  . . . they were overwhelmed!  We all enjoyed it immensely and of course meeting George Bush Sr topped it all off.  I have attached some pictures for Terry so you can send him.  I think he was definitely in his element talking to 'our mate' George!  Overall, it was a really great day and we were lucky with the weather - even though it was cold and windy - we didn't get wet!

Also - are you happy for me to recommend Eventive to other PAs in Serco?  Once again 'thank you' for all your help in helping me make my first Group Finance away day turn out so wonderful!!”
